Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. During unusually busy periods or when additional order verification is required, dispatch may take longer.

Shipping rates

Worldwide shipping is free for orders of $79 USD or more. For smaller orders, the available shipping options and exact cost are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout begins after dispatch and is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Customs processing and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery times.

Tracking and insurance

Orders are sent with tracking and insurance. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. It may take a short time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Lighter fuel

For air-shipping safety, lighters are shipped without fuel. Where applicable, the insert, wick, cotton, and flint arrive installed. Add the correct fuel before use.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a change, email info@allurecart.shop as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order arrives damaged, email info@allurecart.shop with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
